Monu Sports Successfully Passes Walmart FCCA Audit, Strengthening Global Manufacturing Credentials
September 2026 — We, Monu Sports, a manufacturer and exporter of helmets, today announced that it has successfully passed the Factory Capability & Capacity Assessment (FCCA) — the rigorous factory audit program developed by Walmart for its global supplier network. This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to world-class quality management, production capacity and manufacturing excellence.
What is FCCA?
FCCA (Factory Capability & Capacity Assessment) verifies that a factory has the real production capability and capacity to consistently meet Walmart’s quality, volume and delivery standards. Unlike a one-off product inspection, it evaluates the entire facility on site — covering factory facilities, machine calibration and maintenance, quality management systems, incoming materials control, in-process quality control and final random inspection. Alongside the Responsible Sourcing (RS) and Supply Chain Security (SCS) audits, FCCA is one of the three mandatory pre-qualification assessments for Walmart suppliers.

Passing the audit — typically conducted by independent agencies such as SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas — is objective, third-party recognition of our manufacturing excellence. It assures customers of verified quality, proven production capacity, reliable on-time delivery and global compliance readiness.
Monu Sports will continue investing in quality systems and production capacity to serve customers worldwide.
